Knowing that area fairly well, I have never seen an ounce of bigotry from anyone the year I lived there. In fact, Rexburg hosts a large contingency of foreign and various ethnic backgrounds...more so than anywhere else in Idaho. There are certainly deplorable racists living in the Northern panhandle of Idaho. I personally don't think that this photo actually came from Rexburg, and if it did, I would be very disappointed.
